The Water Education Foundation in Sacramento thought it was time to update the big picture
and Water for the West agreed, helping to fund a thirty-minute historical documentary about the
work of the US Bureau of Reclamation in western states.

The professionally-produced video also addresses today's challenge to balance water interests
and needs. The finished project was distributed to public access television, to reporters and to
schools in the western states.
